Little Moons Raspberry, raspberry ice cream wrapped in soft, hand-moulded mochi rice dough. The fruit is sharp and clean against the creamy centre, so it lands well as a light finish after a rich main; five minutes out of the freezer brings it to its best texture. Bite sized and pre-portioned with no scooping needed, which makes it a simple add-on for dessert menus and grab-and-go chillers. Supplied as a case of 10 retail packs.
