Trade account questions
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, £150 excluding VAT per delivery. Every order at or over the minimum is delivered free on our own vans.
When will my order arrive?
Order by 5pm and we deliver the next working day, Monday to Saturday.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to businesses across London on our own vans. If you are not sure we reach your postcode, add it to your trade account application and we will confirm.
Why can't I see prices?
We are trade only. Prices and online ordering open as soon as your trade account is approved, usually within one working day.
Who can open a trade account?
Registered businesses: cafes, shops, restaurants, bakeries, hotels, caterers and offices. We do not sell to the public.
Do I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. Nice London Limited is VAT registered and every delivery comes with a VAT invoice.
