Little Moons Chocolate Fudge, a dairy-free chocolate gelato studded with soft chocolate fudge pieces, hand-wrapped in mochi rice dough and dusted with cocoa powder. It is dense rather than airy, so give it around five minutes out of the freezer and it eats rich and truffle-like. Each ball is a fixed portion needing no prep, which suits dessert plates, sharing boards and grab-and-go chillers alike; suitable for vegans. Supplied as a case of 10 retail packs.
