Product Description

A plant based pain au chocolat laminated with vegetable margarine instead of butter, which Bridor states is suitable for vegans. 80g unit, 60 to the case, ready to bake from frozen. Chocolate content is 8.6%, so it reads as a proper chocolate pastry rather than a token vegan option.

Preparation

Defrost for approximately 30 to 45 minutes at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 190C and bake for approximately 16 to 18 minutes at 165 to 170C with the damper open, then rest for 15 minutes at room temperature.
