Product Description

A plant based croissant laminated with vegetable margarine in place of butter, which Bridor states is suitable for vegans. Standard 70g size, 60 to the case, ready to bake from frozen. It gives a crisp, layered shell and lets you keep one vegan pastry on the counter without running a separate bake process.

Preparation

Defrost for approximately 30 to 45 minutes at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 190C and bake for approximately 15 to 17 minutes at 165 to 170C with the damper open, then rest for 15 minutes at room temperature.
