Product Description

A full size 90g croissant laminated with fine butter, which gives it an open, flaky crumb and a rich finish. Supplied frozen and ready to bake, 50 croissants to the case, so you can bake to demand across the day. The larger unit suits a counter display or a breakfast offer where a 70g croissant looks slight.

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190C. Bake from frozen for approximately 15 to 18 minutes at 165 to 170C with the damper open, then rest for 15 minutes at room temperature.
