Product Description

A larger 90g plant based croissant piped with raspberry filling and finished with a fruit glaze, which Bridor states is suitable for vegans. Supplied 44 to the case, ready to bake from frozen. The filling runs at 15.9% and eats sharp against the laminated pastry, so it sells as a cake as much as a breakfast item.

Preparation

Defrost for approximately 45 to 60 minutes at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 190C and bake for approximately 17 to 18 minutes at 165 to 170C with the damper open, then rest for 15 minutes at room temperature.
